For over 23 years Expressair Sameday has been offering a very special sameday delivery service using major airlines, enabling us to lodge goods for scheduled flights on a next flight out basis.

Our working relationship with the airlines allows us the very latest times to lodge goods and the earliest recovery time at the destination airport. Indeed at some of the smaller regional airports, the consignments are lodged at ticket desks in terminals and retrieved from the baggage belts respectively. Upon retrieval, packages are then delivered immediately to the consignee.

In line with airport & airline procedures we can normally only accept goods that are no more than 30 kg per piece ( 45 kg on selected routes only ). Some airlines will accept heavier items but these are subject to a surcharge for special handling, as an express cargo product.

Offering you an airport to door delivery service using these methods enables Expressair Sameday to save you time, money and most importantly of all in today’s courier climate, helps keep your motorcycle riders and van drivers within a local area. Shipments will be delivered on your own paperwork if provided, ensuring that neutrality is maintained. Proofs of delivery are either e-mailed or telephoned to your office according to preference.

Other companies may offer you a long distance sameday delivery using van, coach or train. Whilst each method has its own merits, there is nothing to match the speed or price of routing your shipment by air. We are the only company with a presence at all three major London airports – Heathrow, Gatwick & London City.

This enables us to offer a wider range of destinations than any other comparable service provider.

A very recent addition to our services is the ability to move consignments directly between regional airports. Through our new website, clients now have access to view the full range of sameday intra-U.K. and international services offered. Further agreements between Expressair Sameday and a number of regional airlines have enabled us to access over 800 flights throughout the UK and Europe. Linehaul service - airport to airport
